We have had the unit for over three years and have used it about a dozen times. It has been very good and responsive to our needs. Most of our needs have been falls. We live in a senior community where the local fire department has a crew of guys that do nothing but help those of us who fall. They are wonderful young men and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, I would say that we feel very protected and it is something that anyone over 50 should look into. We had one for my mother and it was used many times. Keep up the good work!!!!
