Living alone it gives me great security to know I can just press the necklace around my neck and there is a voice at the other end-particularly if I fell and couldn't get up. Also I lead an active life and with GPS it goes with me, even if I am walking in the woods alone. Though I have not needed help I have accidentally hit the button and MobileHelp people have always been very nice to me on the phone.
