I chose the MobileHelp family to provide monitoring services for my 90-year old father who, while not prepared to give up his independence of living alone and driving alone, was concerned for his well-being if he did have a fall or an emergency situation. Because he does get out and drive alone and is not always close to home, we did choose to get the fall monitor also to provide extra peace of mind for him, as well as myself. While I do check on him daily, there are times when he is alone and having both these monitors has made him feel much more secure. He has accidently activated both monitors and the MobileHelp operators responded very promptly to ascertain if he did have an emergency situation. He informed them that he had set it off accidently and they were most understanding and courteous. It boosted his confidence to know that there was such a quick response.
