Only had one interaction. While in bedroom making up bed & wearing wrist unit prior to going out (pendant was on dresser), I heard voices in distance as if outside (have utilities service station behind property). Checked to find nobody there, then phone rang. It was Mobile help calling to see if I needed help. Told them I was alright. I appreciate effort to contact by phone before sending help. Base unit is in living room & evidently movement of my arm triggered a signal & the voices I heard were coming from the base unit. Monthly testing of equipment is easy & clearly guided.
