Always prompt response and very professional. I don't worry as much about my elderly mother falling. WE still have the service even thought she is in assisted living because there are no emergency pull cords in the living room. If she fell and can't reach the cords to pull, she would lay there for a few hours before they would do their "checks" on the residents.
