I am 78 years old and live alone. I had many falls and before I got MobileHelp I was very worried that I would get hurt and be unable to get to the phone. My son checks on me daily but he was concerned as was my older son who lives out of state. I feel very secure now as I have had a couple of falls and immediately here from Mobilehelp. They are extremely polite even when called by mistake. Thanks for being there, everyone has an easier mind now.
