Recently my Mom set off her emergency alarm and Mobile Help quickly responded and dispatched emergency services after they could not contact her. They notified me and my sister (who lives locally 0of the event. I live 3 hours away. The mobile help dispatchers were very good at providing me information as it was available. In addition, they showed genuine concern for her in our conversations. I was very pleased with their response and professionalism. Thankfully, it was a false alarm.
