MobileHelp has provided my family with an outstanding level of service. Both my parents wear the bracelets and have the GPS unit which is an excellent source of comfort. My father unfortunately needed to use the unit 3 times within a 5 week span and it was easy to use (even with the learning curve of not being able to speak into the unit, the emergency response still occurred). MobileHelp assisted the emergency team when they arrived as they knew exactly what they were dealing with, including the medication information which was easily located. Plus myself, and then my brother, were immediately contacted and informed of the events.
