I have had to use MobileHelp a few times and am delighted at the ease in which things happened. My sister was notified in time to take my protective German Shepard while the ambulance was still here. That was the first time. I am a very healthy 79 1/2 years old and not used to needing help. I feel very secure in my apartment by myself and my dog.
