Excellent company. Their response is immediate when something happens to me. I am more than satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone who is elderly and lives alone or anyone who has health problems. I can still drive but never get into my car without my safety alarm button hanging around my neck. I feel more confident knowing that if anything happens to me help will be on on the way immediately. If I have any questions when I call and speak to a REAL person not a recorded voice, It takes me back to the days when service was important.
