We have only had MobileHelp for about 3 weeks. The company has been very helpful in getting our parents acclimated to the products. We had been using another service but switched to MobileHelp because of the flexibility of their plan. One parent is more sedentary, the other needed the GPS capability.
We have not had an emergency yet but the service thus far has been good.
