to review this after only having a couple of days is stupid in my opinion. We did not get the product we asked for but it was sent out to us - so their customer service was great. It should be written in large print not to wear fall protection pendant to bed. Because she did not read that and well, we got a call at 1am asking if we were ok. We are not the clients, she is and that led us to find out she gave our number since she did not have a phone, So right now the only one we can rate is customer service and they are good. we will see what happens within the next week.
