We have not had your system long enough to experience your help due to a medical need. However, I (Robert R. Schmidt) have a real medical problem DUE TO my use of Pradaxa and the fact that your wrist band is too short and squeezes my arm blood vessels so much that I can't wear the alert box intended for this type of use. I also have COPD and prefer not to use the neck alert due to problems there.
What I need is a longer wrist band or your system is useless as I move around outside and in the community. My phone is 253-857-3268.
