Just began this for my mom, great people immediately responded when she needed help. When we first got the equipment, we accidently called a few times before she was comfortable with the necklace, they were great and professional each error she made.
When she needed assistance, emt's were called promptly and great supporrt for her, staying with her online. I recommend this to anyone who is concern about their loved ones, i am so glad i did.
