My initial contact was very pleasant and informative. The sales rep/customer rep was very knowledgeable of his product line. He explained all the options to me in a clear and concise way enabling me to make an informed decision. He was very patient and wanted to be sure my questions and concerns were addressed and that I felt comfortable with my decision. It's a difficult time and process to go through when your life changes to cause you to consider a health alert monitor. I was treated with with respect and concern at a difficult time. This product was reasonable in price for what it offered compared to others.I am anxious to travel with the mobile unit.
