I did not receive yet the device i signed up for, however, the customer service persons I have been speaking with have been extremely helpful and nice; they have answered all the questions I had and were very quick to take down all the information requested. I am looking forward to a good relationship with this company and will be glad to post an additional review once the devices I ordered are in place.
