The MobileHelp sales team was most helpful and without the usual high-pressure rhetoric. All promised equipment was delivered intact, functional, and in a reasonable period of time. A systems check was performed after a quick set-up and the unit base showed instant activation.
Also, two accidental requests for help assured me that the whole system was working perfectly. This was a good purchase on my part.
