It is comforting to know that if a medical emergency should happen to me while I'm at work, away from my house or in my house I can get help sent to me just by pushing a button. However, I wish that MobileHelp operators would have the ability to tell the Emergency respondents what medical allergies and conditions I have before they arrive on the scene in case I am unconscious and when they arrive they can read the form for other medical conditions and list of medications.
