It makes me comfortable wearing the wrist guard. I haven't gotten accustomed to the necklace because I wear my own jewelry. If I could be sure it would be OK to keep inside my shirt, that could work and I'd hang it on a more acceptable chain of some sort rather than the heavy black cord. I do feel I made the right decision to get Mobile Help.
