From first phone call to equipment set-up and testing, everyone we dealt with was courteous, patient, and easy to understand. We were concerned because user is hard-of-hearing; they even put a note on the account, requesting loud-speaking when communicating with us. I feel very reassured, knowing my mother is in good hands!
