My first contact with MobileHelp was a lovely knowledgable woman. The device was sent as promised and was actually instrumental in my Dad's safety, as the alert sounded one day when he was alone and the first contact was able to be at his side within fifteen minutes.
When I needed to send it back, my contact to consult with on how to package and send the device was also very kind, knowledgable and clear.
