The set up was easy and the directions excellent.
On the first day after setting up the system my MobileHelp got tested I received a call from MobileHelp that I didn't see until later, so my first contact was called and told that my Fall Dectect Button had been pushed but that the GPS said I was traveling at 60 miles per hour. I let everyone know that I was fine. Then discovered that my seat belt had pressed on the Button! I am happy to know the system works so well but I gave shortened the lanyard!
