My Dad wears his MobileHelp button on his belt and he occasionally accidentally pushes it. Each time he has gotten an immediate, polite response, asking if he needs help. The person stays in contact until they are sure he is OK and doesn't need assist. If I talk to them, they carefully ask who I am and check to see if I am on his contact list. Thank you for giving our family peace of mind. We know our Dad, who lives alone, will get prompt help if needed.
