'Sunday, June 11th, I heard calls for help coming from a distance outside of my home.. I rushed toward those calls in my Cricket (like a small golf cart). I found a neighbor lying on the ground, her ankle at an angle. I had my Moble Help device attached to my belt. I activated the emergency button and then explained the situation. Without any delay your operator took the necessary information, contacted Winter Haven emergency services and within 20-30 minutes the EMS vehicles arrived to assist my neighbor. She remains in Winter Haven hospital with multiple fractures of the ankle.
