I am widowed and live alone and am in my 70's and have worried about what would happen to me if I had a heart spell and passed out or even died. I would lay on the floor until I woulde rot and that bothered me. Sometimes, I sit down too fast or too hard and it signals the support team and they immediately contact me to make sure I am safe. There was one episode where I wore my alert to bed and the next morning I heard voices and it was the police and EMT'S coming in to check on me. This gave me a good sense of security. I certainly appreciate the lock box sent by Mobile Help so that the police and emergency team did not have to break in to check on me.
