We bought our Mobile Help system just a few weeks ago, hoping we would never need it. Then, last night, 8/16/17, I was bowling. You can't hear a cell phone in a bowling center. Becky was alone at home and fell. She did not hurt herself but, she could not get up. She pressed the call button, told the operator her situation. In a few minutes three first responders using the door key from the lock box let themselves in to save the day.
My message to any would be customer......don't wait, buy it, it works, and you will need it sooner than you think.
