My grandma used MobileHelp in her home. I was with her a few times when she needed to hit the button and call for help due to a fall. MobileHelp was always professional and courteous, and quick to send the right help.
She recently passed away and I need to call in to cancel the service for her. I chatted with Amber from Customer Service. Amber was extremely quick, helpful and friendly. She KNEW answers to my questions (I didn't have to wait while she looked them up somewhere), and she made everything as easy as possible. Thanks Amber!
