I started with another company and paid more for just in my house, I thought if I'm outside there would be people around. I've been walking outside during the day and realized that there was no one else around, I saw the customer ratings of MobilHelp so I decided to give then a call. I now have indoor and outdoor protection for less money than the original company. The pendant that hangs around my neck lets me use one of my own chains instead of that black string. I could not do that with the other company's pendant. I am very satisfied and feel safe (outdoors, walking and driving and of course in my home.)
