well, simply really, you did what you said. though it was a misstake, mom'e wrist band activated and emergency verhickle was disspatched prometly and swiftly, even before she was able to take the moble communication out.

In this day of age, it is a really good thing to find someone or company to do what they say they will do. for that I couldnt be happier.
