We enrolled my mother in the Mobilehelp after several falls. The lady who took our information was very pleasant and understanding The questions she asked were pertinent and to the point. Mom hasn't had a fall since enrolling so I can't score the service on the success or failure of the device, but when we tested the device it seems to work and the response was fast and pleasant.
