My call center rep was Gus. Gus was very helpful, considerate and professional. He answered every question I had and due to an oops on my part, patiently waited for me to figure out why the charge did not go thru (wrong security code given). Explained the option to upgrade and the insurance very well and I did both. I am looking forward to working with the company in taking care of my mother.
