The representative I spoke with regarding changing from a different provider to Mobile Help was extremely thorough and polite. All information was confirmed with the sign-up person and all materials arrived promptly as promised. We have made a couple of calls to customer service for further information as my mother asked more questions and all were answered patiently, politely and thoroughly. Our switch to Mobile Help with the drop-detection pendant has been very smooth and we are greatly appreciative!
