My mom lives alone and fell..she's 85 years old she was able to press her mobile help button and the operator was able to speak with her and assertain her condition and that she could not get up.. she notified an ambulance gave them the code to get the keys out of the lock box and simultaneously called myself and my wife to inform us.. the system works just as advertised.. I thank them very much
