Samantha was extremely helpful and understanding that she was working with an 88 year old individual. She could not have been more patient and helpful. I was so lucky to get someone who really wanted you to know the equipment would work and why one should have it. So far I am very pleased. The only thing I need to do yet is to test the GPS away from the apartment. I hope all of your employees are as professional as she is. Is that is the case, your case the business will boom like never before.
