I only recently subscribed to MobilHelp, when my husband became ill and spent considerable time in the hospital following open-heart surgery, then on to rehabilitation in another facility. I have been left doing all his chores on our 12 acres, in addition to visiting and assisting him. So I was left to research emergency medical programs and sign up for the one I selected. Your staff was helpful in explaining the program in lay terms and getting the required equipment delivered to my door. After setting it up, I had additional questions and spoke to your staff on the phone. As initially, my questions and concerns were taken seriously and answers given in a very professional and complete manner. I have not had occasion to need your emergency care (thankfully!) but I feel that if the time comes, my emergency will be handled to my satisfaction. Shirley Anderson
