With Mobile Help I can depend on them to be there when I need help. Recently, I gave them a bad review because I was waiting for an item that was not included in my purchase!!! I truly apologize for that. After speaking with Amber from Mobile Help, I felt really awful, not to also mention that I felt like a total idiot!!!! I live in a senior complex, we had an incident here where one of our tenants could not be found, had she had Mobile Help, she would have been rescued the same day she was lost, instead of 2 days that it took to find her. I recommend Mobile Help for everyone who lives alone. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.
