I ordered MobileHelp for my 93 year old mother. Due to severe arthritis in her fingers she was unable to buckle the bracelet. I called customer service and explained this dilemma to Sam
He said he would try and figure out a solution. He called back 30 minutes later saying that he had spoken with the technology department and that they would create a stretchable bracelet band. They did, and she received it in 5 days. Now that's what I call customer service!
