The MobileHelp sales representative and customer service team have been wonderful. They explained the available options and offered recommendations but did not attempt to sell me a more expensive plan my mother didn't need. Customer Service was very thorough during the set up and testing phase. We have not had an emergency situation however, my mother did drop her pendant last week and received a call from MobileHelp asking if she needed assistance within a minute. Thank you MobileHelp!!
