I love MobileHelp so far. I was having trouble putting the alert on the wall. Every time I put it on the wall I kept pushing the button, and it will fall off the wall. MobileHelp's Customer Service were so nice about it and sent a service call. When Service called she told me to stick it on the cabinet, or sit it on the counter. It worked! I was so happy. Then she assure me that I wouldn't be penalized for hitting the button so much. Thank you for the quick responses and being there for me.
