I had tried a competitor’s product that had been highly recommended by a tech magazine. The product was chintzy and the antenna on the base unit did not do it’s job. I had to return it. Then I found MobileHelp. An amazing difference from the other product. All of the equipment was solid and the base unit was a Bluetooth device. No problem picking up wifi signals. We were also given a sturdy lock box with a combination that allows rescuers to get into the house. Best of all, the customer relations are fantastic. Responses are quick and very helpful. When my husband lost the user guide, another guide was immediately sent. Love the product and its people. I highly recommend MobileHelp and I have some peace of mind knowing that everything works.
