We have received several "help" phone calls from Mobile Help even though we haven't needed that service. We were at the airport, the inspector took the "fall button" off my husbands neck and dropped it into the cup to go thru the radar machine. In just a moment, we heard the voice saying "did we need help". I thanked the person on the phone and told them everything was okay. This happened twice more at the airport and once on the plane. The response was terrific. Thank goodness we really didn't have an emergency, but was happy to see that if we needed one, the people in this organization are there to help.
