I'm a fairly new MobileHelp user, but it has proved to be a great confidence builder. After a number health and physical problems including more than several falls, I decided to try MobileHelp. Now I wear my wrist button every day in the shower and everywhere and have a lock box on my front door that gives me medlcal alert protection 24 hours a day. No more having to have firemen climb over a back wall to seek entrance to an unlocked door or necessitating crawling to unlock a locked door.
