I purchased the solo for my 92 year old mother. She loved the size of the necklace and the mobile unit is easy for to hear and understand. We test it once a week and the operators and always friendly and helpful. Mobile Help also calls once a month to do a test also. I am very happy to have found Mobile Help and feel better know my mother will get the help she need if the need ever arises.
