I have set off my Mobile Help 2 times by accident and one time I heard and knew it and was able to cancel the call. The second time (last night) it was set off again and I did not know it. I was not home at the time yet an ambulance was dispatched to my location. I felt so terrible that they dispatched but I had no idea. Earlier this week I fell in the bathroom when I was alone but I was unable to get up. Guess what, my Mobile Help was not with me so I waited about 10 minutes on the floor for my husband to get home and he got me up. Even though I was not seriously injured I wish I had the button so they could just call him. LESSON LEARNED VERY QUICKLY!!! Now...I take the button with me everywhere!
