I found MobileHelp through a google search of all of the available agencies that provided this service. My husband has a brain tumor which has greatly disabled him. I have to work, and leave him alone during that time. I'm so happy I went with MobileHelp. It was fast and easy to start the service. The equipment is straightforward. Customer service answers right away and helps with every single detail of question we have had. And I hope we don't have to use it for emergency, but if we do, I'm confident we will receive the best service, care, and results.
