I live in NC and my mother in law lives in Florida, therefore I thought it would to much of a challenge to handle getting her set up with a system over the phone. But I was certainly wrong, they were so helpful, did not have one problem. They took care of everything and it was delivered to house so quickly that I actually couldn't believe it when she told me that is was already there. I would recommend this service to anyone.
