The call center seems to be very good (as they acted during our test with your tech dept. Our salesperson, Lee Hammerman also had great follow up on questions. However, after we finally signed up after many, many questions and answers, since our circumstances are different than normal, the person who was helping me set up the specifics/process told me MobileHelp could not do what we needed and basically fired us and said you would send a refund. A wonderful supervisor in another department, Renee, called me the next day and said it could be done and she helped me get it done exactly right, along with Julian in tech. They saved the day and our account with you. So, we would have had very bad things to say but instead we are now fans.
