I am new to MobileHelp and have had one occasion to use it. I had shortness of breath and after a while pushed the panic button. I got an immediate response. I told her what was wrong and she told me that help was on the way. The Ambulance arrived in a very few minutes and had the pin number to get my key and came in. The MobileHelp woman stayed on the line with me until they got to me. I recommend this service highly.
