I had a different mobile alert and was not satisfied. Met a lady in the grocery store that had one of the MobileHelp alerts and she could not say enough about it. I came home and reviewed it on the internet and decided that I would choose it for my alert. I have set it off a few times and they have immediately responded. I love the fact that I can wear the fall alert in the shower. Also really like the feature of the lockbox for the door.
