My dad accidentally triggered his fall detection while getting settled in bed but couldn’t hear the phone ringing to check on him. They contacted 911 and was dispatched. He happened to see the flashing lights and went to see what was going on. They checked on him and he reassured them he was ok. They said it was ok, we all at least knows it works. He has since recommended it to my aunt. I feel very assured he will be taken care of quickly in the case of a real emergency.
